Home Page Descriptors

Home page descriptors are xml files that describe the tasks, charts, and metrics that appear on your home page and their layout. Descriptors are stored in the \schema\ab-products\common\views\page-navigation\descriptors folder.

The schema\ab-products\common\views\page-navigation\descriptors\ab-navigation-home-technologies-level-4.xml file holds the descriptor for the Technologies home page. This home page is an example of all the types of elements that you can use on your own home pages.

You can create and edit home page descriptor files using a text editor or the Home Page Editor.
